Why AutoFill decides whether a password manager sticks
A vault you have to copy and paste out of is a vault you stop opening. The moment logging in becomes slower than typing a password you already remember, people fall back to the password they already remember — and that's how password reuse survives.
So AutoFill isn't a convenience feature layered on top. It's the thing that determines whether the rest of the product gets used at all, which is why we don't put it behind payment.

Common questions
Does AutoFill cost anything?
No. AutoFill is part of the free version on every platform we ship, with no limit on how many entries you can fill from.
Does it work inside apps, or only in browsers?
Both. On iOS and Android it hooks into the system AutoFill service, so it works in native apps as well as in browsers.
Why does AutoFill not appear in my browser?
Some browsers do not expose their form fields to the Android AutoFill service by default. KeyMe Pass includes a compatibility mode for those cases — the help centre walks through enabling it.
Does it work on macOS?
Yes, through the system AutoFill service, which covers Safari and native apps. Note that non-Safari browsers on macOS do not receive system AutoFill — use the browser extension there.
Will it save new passwords automatically?
It offers to. When you register or change a password, the app prompts you to save it, so nothing is stored without you agreeing to it.
