Membership Service Agreement

1. Scope of Application
This Agreement applies to matters related to your purchase or subscription of membership services through in-app purchases or subscriptions within KeyMe Pass.
If there is any inconsistency with the User Service Agreement or Privacy Policy, this Agreement and the actual purchase page prompts shall prevail.
2. Membership Benefits
Members can enjoy higher storage limits, encrypted backup, document recognition and other value-added features. Specific benefits are subject to what is displayed in the app.
3. Billing
Membership products may include subscription types such as monthly/quarterly/annual, and may also include one-time purchase types (if any). Product prices, cycles and corresponding benefits are subject to what is displayed on the in-app purchase page and app store.
If you purchase or subscribe through the Apple App Store, the actual collector is Apple and the price is subject to the App Store display (may vary due to taxes or exchange rates).
4. Auto-Renewal
If you choose a subscription product and enable auto-renewal, the subscription will automatically renew at the selected cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store: the fee will be deducted from your Apple ID account; the system will charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period and automatically renew.
5. Cancellation and Changes
You can cancel or change your subscription by clicking "Manage Subscription" in the app to go to your platform's subscription management page.
iOS (Apple App Store) Cancellation Method: Open "Settings" on your iPhone/iPad → tap your Apple ID → "Subscriptions" → select KeyMe Pass → Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, you can still use it until the end of the current subscription period.
The subscription start/cancel/expiration time is subject to the subscription status on the App Store. KeyMe Pass cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf.
6. Refunds and Termination
Refund rules vary by product type; please confirm before purchasing:
- Lifetime plan (one-time purchase): non-refundable once purchased. The Lifetime plan is a one-time, perpetual license that takes effect immediately upon purchase, so refund requests after purchase are not accepted. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.
- Subscription plans (Monthly / Annual PRO): refunds may be requested, subject to the refund policy of the corresponding payment platform. Whether a refund is granted, the refund amount, and the processing time are ultimately determined by the review and processing of the corresponding payment platform.
Please request a refund through the channel you actually paid with; the outcome is subject to the review of the corresponding platform:
- Apple App Store in-app purchase: The payee is Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple. Please apply through Apple's official channel (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Other app store in-app purchases: The payee is the relevant app store, and refunds are handled by that app store under its policies. Please apply through the official channel of the relevant app store.
After a refund takes effect, the expiration time of your membership plan is determined by the processing result of the corresponding app store / payment platform; once the platform completes the refund, the corresponding membership benefits will expire and you will no longer be able to use the paid features.
If you cannot enjoy the membership benefits you purchased due to service abnormalities, you can first try "Restore Purchase" (see Section 7), or contact us through the contact information on this page for troubleshooting assistance.
7. User Obligations
Please reasonably evaluate your own needs and carefully check product information before purchasing or subscribing; losses caused by input errors or improper operations shall be borne by you.
8. Effective Date
Membership service takes effect after purchase confirmation (subject to the purchase result returned by the app store/payment channel).
9. Restore Purchases
If you change devices or experience out-of-sync subscription status, you can use the "Restore Purchase" function in the app to restore your purchased membership benefits. The result is subject to the purchase record returned by the app store.
10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement may be updated based on changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The updated version will be published on this page and notified within the app.
